Around 80% of residential leaks are repaired in a single visit. We stock common materials — shingles, flashing, sealant, ice & water shield — on our trucks, so most repairs don’t need a return trip.
Every repair carries a 2-year workmanship warranty on our labour. If the repaired area leaks again because of our work within that period, we come back and fix it at no charge. The warranty is transferable if you sell your home.
It depends on the overall condition. If the leak is isolated and the rest of the roof has several years of life left, a repair makes sense. If we find widespread issues, we’ll tell you honestly and give you a fair replacement quote — we never push a replacement when a repair will do.
